Institution by God of a new official uniform within ASLA-O.P.H.
• The brothers and sisters of ASLA-O.P.H. are distinguished by wearing a shirt with Guy Emile's face – which can be white, blue, yellow, or burgundy red – worn with the colors of the O.P.H. at the bottom, as prayer attire: this is the new official prayer uniform.

This shirt is part of the elements that make up the plan of salvation for humanity, as devised by God.
Here is how the Grand Master of the O.P.H. speaks about it, in circular note No. 15/GELC/PF/ASLA-OPH/03 of May 15, 2003 – on page 1 – regarding the institution of wearing Papa Emile's shirt: 'I would like once again to remind you that I am the legal Representative of the O.P.H. on earth and the O.P.H. is God, but it seems to me that you still understand nothing.'

The institution of the "Shirt of Papa Emile" is not a coincidence. The agreement came from the Most High and those who believe in my mission must comply with it (...) I would like to take this opportunity to bring to your attention that God has authorized me to institute and make it compulsory to wear Papa's Sailor Shirt
to end the confusion in the ASLA-O. P.H.; to distinguish the true from the chaff, the ghost of the convinced Louzolified (...) It is also by the same sailor shirt that you will distinguish yourself on the day of judgment.

Papa Emile's shirt is a strong sign, given by God, to distinguish his children from other men and the earth, but above all to distinguish his children from the servants of Satan who had infiltrated ASLA-O.P.H.

​Moreover, it provides protection and many other divine privileges to the one who wears it. On this matter, Sister NTONDELE Taliane, a former magician, testified the following: "... I got caught again, and this time, they were going to succeed in making me wear Louzolo's  shirt despite my resistance, pushed by my grandmother who was acting through me. I saw fire, and it was as if they were making me carry the fire. And as soon as they made me wear the t-shirt, these spirits immediately disappeared, and I calmed down." Thus, the shirt bearing the image of Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO, whom God established as a prayer garment for His second nation, grants divine privileges to convinced Louzolified individuals while distinguishing him from the ghost.

However, Satan did not give up, which is why the attacks from the children of Satan against the Mission of Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO increased. This is why, as if to further encourage his followers, Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO emphasized awakening by recalling, in October 2004—in an audio cassette—the song "Ntangu yi fuéni," which translates to "The time has come," whose chorus goes as follows: « éé ntangu yi fuéni éé, é yayé ntangu yi fuéni ya ku sambila nzambi ». This song essentially tells—addressing the Louzolifiés—that the time to serve God had arrived. Each Louzolifié should dedicate themselves to serving God without wasting time, because once dead, it will no longer be possible to do so.

Here, we can clearly see that Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO himself oversees everything to bring them to the salvation of all humanity. He wants his children, that is to say those who truly believe in him, to work for God in order to save both those who are still in darkness and their own souls.

Note:

Wearing Papa Emile's shirt as prayer attire is a directive from the Lord. That is why it validly replaces the Kari-Kari loincloth, which is the symbol of the new covenant between humans and God (See chapter 30.27; "The Coming of the Light"). This loincloth has not lost its value, which is why the Grand Master of the O.P.H. took great care to have his photo printed on the said shirt, in which he is wearing the Kari-Kari loincloth. Still on the subject of this striped shirt, Sister NTONDELE Taliane, a former magician, testified that a crowd of sorcerers had been stopped by the mere sight of these striped shirts hanging on the clothesline. She testified as follows: "When I arrived home, Mom had spread out Louzolo's striped shirts that she had just washed. Then I rushed into the house, alerting Mom that I was being followed by a crowd of people. In this panic, Mom went outside and saw no one. Obviously, she couldn't see them because they were from another world. When these people entered the yard, they were stopped by Louzolo's striped shirts hanging on the line.
