The Eternal of the Armies, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, is alive, and He has a plan that He is carrying out for the salvation of all humanity. To this end, there are several achievements that He has announced and that He must accomplish for the benefit of the people of the earth. However, not all of these achievements hold the same spiritual value. Therefore, while He allows certain divine truths, related to earthly comfort, to be revealed by chosen humans among the people of the earth, on the other hand, the divine truths concerning the fulfillment of His plan of salvation are revealed only by Himself, who, to do this, 'then incarnates on earth.' That is why, speaking of the Lord Jesus Christ, John the Baptist expressly indicated—to anyone who wanted to listen—that the one who is of the earth speaks of earthly things, whereas the one who came from heaven rather speaks the words of God (cf. John 3:31-34).

This statement by John the Baptist teaches us that there are two ways God uses to make His will known: There is the choice of men on earth (very numerous) whose mission is simply to explain earthly matters with the sole purpose of supporting human faith, and there is Himself (God) who incarnates on earth and becomes a Servant of God, to convey the Word of God, while revealing heavenly mysteries or divine truths. It should be noted that, since these two types of messengers are all— in the eyes of men on earth— ordinary humans, it is therefore based on the nature of the messages they convey on behalf of God that it is possible to distinguish those who are chosen on earth (and speak of earthly matters) from the One who comes from heaven: God (who speaks of heavenly matters).

As a result, although on earth they have the same human appearance and all do the work of God, according to John the Baptist, in this passage cited above, the one who comes from heaven is above all. However, few among the men of the earth receive the message of the one who comes from heaven. Likewise, John the Baptist continues (still in the same biblical passage) by indicating that only those who know that God is alive – which justifies that God can speak and act until the end of time – receive the message of such a Servant who would come from above.

As proof, the Lord Jesus Christ, because He had stripped Himself of His glory and taken on a human body, was regarded as an ordinary man by those of His time who were around Him. But the nature of His teachings, His actions, and especially the signs He performed testify that He was not a man of the earth but rather that He came from heaven: He is God who came down to earth and lived there as a true man, to save humans from the clutches of Satan. Thanks to this testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ, we therefore know, firstly, that it is true that God can live on earth in complete humility as an ordinary man. Secondly, that it is through the nature of His messages and the convincing signs that we can recognize Him when He works among humans as a mere human.

Thus, although having assumed a human body on earth, the Lord Jesus Christ is God. And He acted powerfully on earth to carry out His Mission of saving all of humanity.
However, He had not completed it and had therefore planned to send someone to earth - from the heights of heaven where He was going - to complete this Mission here on earth. This is what the Bible tells us in John 16:10-15.

to announce that this work of salvation for humanity would be continued on earth by someone. Therefore, according to God’s plan, the Lord Jesus Christ had taken great care of others. And it is in this biblical passage that the Lord Jesus Christ had announced the signs that would allow one to recognize the person He would send from heaven to earth to complete this same mission, which, moreover, falls exclusively within the competence mentioned in this biblical passage. Today, Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO boldly asserts that it is him. Therefore, compared to what happened with the Lord Jesus Christ in His time, it is certainly true that there are many people working valiantly on earth to ensure that the good news of the Kingdom of Heaven prevails, but the truth is that these people cannot be compared to Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO.

Indeed, Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO says that he was chosen in heaven by GOD and sent to earth with a message from God. For a brief history, Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO used to simply present himself as the Missionary of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is a man, born around 1942 in Makaka 1, a remote village in the district of Goma-Tsétsé, Pool department, in the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville. Today he presides over the destinies of the Louzolo "Love"-O.P.H. Association, a charitable association with a spiritual character. But in fact, these titles of Missionary and Servant of the Lord Jesus Christ that he has always highlighted to introduce himself did not reveal who he truly was. However, even in the past, regarding his birth, upbringing, education, and the nature of his revelations, there were particularities and mysteries that foretold much about his true nature.

It was only on October 8, 2005, as if to reveal himself, that he himself indicated that he is the fulfillment of John 16:10-15. He would therefore be the one whom the Lord Jesus Christ had announced and who was to come to complete His Mission here on earth.
From then on, we are entitled to ask ourselves if there are signs that can prove this assertion.
If Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO fulfills the prophecy of the Lord, announced in John 16:10-15, is he then the Holy Spirit?

It is true that it is possible for God, the Holy Spirit, to take on a body similar to that of humans and live among them without attracting their attention, as the Lord Jesus Christ has already shown. But He, to reveal to John the Baptist that He was indeed God, indicated signs (in accordance with those foretold in the prophecies) that confirmed it. That is why all Christians today believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, although He lived as a man on earth, is indeed God. But, concerning Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO, what signs does he show to certify his divinity to humanity?

LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO is God. In writing this document, we pursued a single goal: to demonstrate through authentic facts and current testimonies, supported by biblical passages, that Quy Emile. Furthermore, on the last day of the Lord, the Bible says that God will judge men according to what each has done in good or evil during their time on earth. However, all humans are sinners. Thus, if humans pray, it is so that they can first walk according to God's will here on earth and, then, learn to live in holiness, in order to obtain eternal life. But Satan, who strives to keep humanity captive in evil and sin, wants the fate already reserved for him to also fall on humans. Yet, God loves man. And His desire is not that the sinner should die but rather that he repents and lives. That is why the destruction of Satan is planned in man to commit all kinds of sin.

God's plan related to the salvation of humanity, insofar as it is he (Satan) who incites. Therefore, if Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO is truly the continuer of the divine Mission begun on earth by the Lord Jesus Christ, then, besides the question of providing the evidence that justifies that he fulfills John 16:10-15, two other questions arise:

1. Does he concern himself with destroying Satan and purifying man from sin?  
2. In teaching, on behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ, what worries him the most: the earthly well-being of humanity or their eternal salvation, up there in heaven?  
These are the questions that will guide our work. And, in response to these questions, we have formulated two hypotheses:

1. The work of Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO consists of destroying Satan and teaching humanity to purify it from sin;
2. The teaching of Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO prepares man to live eternally in the Kingdom of Heaven, which grants him many privileges and blessings here on earth.
That is why, as specific objectives, we will:
Present what God's destiny's plan for the salvation of all humanity consists of;
- Present the work accomplished by the Lord as well as its connection with Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO;

- To say what God has been accomplishing year after year in accordance with His plan for the salvation of all humanity;
- To demonstrate the truth of the facts revealed by Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO in accordance with the said plan;
to show that Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO fulfills the prophecy stated in John 16:10-15;
to explain the mystery of God;
to demonstrate the divinity of Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO;
to establish and explain the relationship that exists between God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit;
to indicate what Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO reveals so that anyone who wishes may have eternal life.

Our approach is demonstrative. We have gone from Genesis up to our present day (the year 2011), highlighting the acts that God accomplishes according to His plan, which reveal the particular nature of Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO, who is both God’s Missionary and God Himself.

​Documentary research and interviews were the investigation techniques we used to gather the information necessary for writing this thesis.
Started on May 1, 2008, our thesis was completed on Saturday, January 28, 2011.
It was sent to Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO for approval and amendments on Sunday, January 29, 2011, and on Sunday, April 17, 2011, we received his favorable consent both for publication and for the sale of this thesis. The messenger who brought us his message spoke to us at Mount Bethany, in the midst of the Palm Sunday celebration of that year.

However, the go-ahead to proceed was given to us by Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO on Sunday, December 11, 2011, around 12:40 PM, at Mount Bethany, through the same messenger who also brought us information (related to this thesis) that we had requested earlier in April of that year. However, although he had given his approval on the aforementioned dates, Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO made us wait until Tuesday, May 28, 2013, around 6:30 PM, before confirming this instruction on Sunday, June 30, 2013, around 3:00 PM at Mount Bethany, the date on which the final go-ahead was given to us so that we could publish not only this thesis (Volume 1) but also the three other volumes which, to this day, have already been written.

We encountered several difficulties while writing this thesis, including a lack of financial resources, the whims of computer tools (viruses, power outages, lack of computers, etc.), and a lack of time (which is why we had to refrain from other activities to devote ourselves entirely to this work). However, the main difficulty was not only researching and understanding the link between the different truths of the hour revealed by Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO but above all presenting them succinctly while demonstrating their cohesion.

That is why, although our thesis was completed in 2008, considering the fact that the teachings of Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO are alive—that is, the revelations he makes today can complement, clarify, or modify those made previously—we have, therefore, spent all this time changing, modifying, and reformulating what we had already written in order to seek alignment with the current level of divine truths of the time.

Indeed, if one believes that God is alive, one must also believe, therefore, that He can speak and act in one way or another to accomplish His plans, for He does what He wants, how He wants, and where He wants. And what the living God is currently saying and accomplishing today is revealed on earth only through one man: Guy Emile LOUFOUA-CETIKOUABO, with whom He is perfectly united in every way.
